On this somber day of memorial to the victims and families affected by 9/11, we took time during today’s company call to remember those who lost their lives as a result of the terrible tragedy and acknowledge the bravery of the first responders. The heroism and kindness that emerged that day and the days after are a reminder that even in the darkest of times our humanity and perseverance is what makes the future bright.
The future becomes brighter every day here at CheckAlt as we focus on serving you and your customers. We are delighted to share the we have officially added U.S. Dataworks to the CheckAlt family. This is CheckAlt’s third acquisition in six years, and U.S. Dataworks brings us great products, great clients, and a great team. We are blessed to be fully operational as an essential business, still working in our hybrid mode with many team members working remotely while others continue processing payments across our nationwide network. While other businesses may be rushing to get back to offices, we at CheckAlt continue to follow the guidelines provided by local and state governments to ensure the health and safety of all of our employees.
