CheckAlt's Weekly Update: July 3, 2020
Written by Shai Stern
The opportunities and challenges presented in first half of 2020 resulted in an incredible amount of growth for our organization. Amidst the public health concerns and social unrest, CheckAlt has stayed the course and become the payments “house” by designing, developing, and providing modern check, online bill pay, and card payment processing solutions for you.
I expressed as much in a recent LinkedIn post where I commented on a news article about the continued usage of checks and cash today for consumer bill payments. As preferences for these payment types are changing, CheckAlt’s 13-site lockbox processing network plus our ATM deposit automation and remote deposit capture solutions make it easy for banks to accept checks quickly and securely. You can read the full LinkedIn post here.
Earlier this week I shared a personal story about an experience I had at a Sheva Berachos (post wedding dinner party) for my recently married son and his bride. The host taught us life lessons from Bubbe (grandma) Gittel Samet that I wanted to share:
1. I was created to serve others; no one was created to serve me.
2. Whatever you do for me is more than enough; whatever I do for you is never enough.
3. I would never do it to you; but, if you do it to me - it is fine.
CheckAlt was created to serve, and we are proud to continue to add new business and expand services for you, our clients. The vision we have for our company is to close the divide between legacy banking services and modern digital technology that businesses and consumers demand, and every day that we follow our strategy we are helping our entire industry take another step forward toward the future.
As it is Independence Day this weekend, I am deeply appreciative for the opportunity to live and work in this amazing country. As our way of showing gratitude for our freedom, CheckAlt is proud to support the Defenders of Freedom organization which provides assistance to veterans and active troops deployed around the world.
Have a happy, healthy, and safe weekend!
