Simple Contracts, Easy Implementation, Always Available
Written by Shai Stern
Onerous contract agreements and inferior products are causing small banks to reconsider partnerships with banking technology core providers. That’s according to a recent article published in the Wall Street Journal. At CheckAlt, our priority is delivering the right products that are easy to implement, without difficult contract terms.
The article says small banks aren’t getting the help they need to compete from their technology providers. Authors Telis Demos and Rachel Louise Ensign write, “In an age of digital banking, having the right technology offerings can make the difference between gaining or losing a customer, and large banks with flashy apps are increasingly popular.” CheckAlt provides banks and credit unions the technologies big banks deploy for their customers: from item processing to treasury and integrated receivables, CheckAlt has products that suit the needs of financial institutions.
CheckAlt is solving the online bill pay check problem with Catch! by verifying small- to mid-sized businesses with payment originators for electronic payment certification. CheckAlt is coordinating prearranged payment and deposit for businesses using our electronic bill presentment and payment product KliknPay. And CheckAlt is delivering customized web portal access for data reporting and simplified reconciliation around check and loan payment processing with our product LoanPay and our lockbox services solution, Remit.
For each of those products, CheckAlt has a simple master services agreement that clearly articulates our commitments and sets expectations for our clients. It’s important to us that we communicate effectively both externally with our clients and internally with our team, and that’s how we are able to have the fastest implementations in the industry. Our customers come to us because they rely on CheckAlt and our experience, and we work with them to meet their needs.
In order to quickly and efficiently provide banks and credit unions with the tools they need, I personally make myself always available to the customer. They have my cell phone number and can reach me at any time. If you have a question about any of our products, you can call me at 917-579-3107 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
