KliknPay Support

Info Needed to Access Your Account

To assist you in accessing your account, you will need the following information:

  • 1. The correct KliknPay URL that was provided by your management company.
  • 2. The complete name of the company to which you make payments.
  • 3. Your account number as it appears on your bill.
  • 4. The email address associated with your account.

If you’re still unable to access your account, please contact your management company.

Inability to Select Payment Method When Scheduling a Payment

To set up your payment method, ensure you agree to the ACH Authorization agreement when prompted. If this agreement isn't accepted, your chosen payment method will not be available. You can correct this by deleting your current method and adding a new one.

Request for Temporary Password from a No Longer Serviced Account
If your account is managed by a company we no longer service, your account may have been deleted. Please contact the company directly for further assistance with your password request.
Accidental Double Payment and Request for Refund

If an accidental double payment has occurred, you can request a refund from your management company. Additionally, the overpaid amount will be credited to the following month.

Queries About Payment Dates
When scheduling a payment, remember that the chosen date is when your management company will receive the funds. Your account will be debited one business day prior to this date, excluding weekends and holidays.
Change of Email Address and Request for Username/Password

For security reasons, we send passwords and usernames only to the email address on file. If you've changed your email address, you'll need to cancel your KliknPay account and re-register.

Unable to Make a Payment After Unauthorized Payment
If you've unauthorized a payment and find that you're unable to make a new one, you might need to create a new payment method. Simply log in and set this up to proceed with making payments.
Issue with Entering Payment Amount

When entering the amount in the payment field, ensure that you don't include any extra symbols. The correct format is "1000.00", not "$1000".

Previous Owner's Account Not Closed When New Owner Registers

If you're a new account holder and the previous owner's account is still active, you'll need to request the cancellation of the old account from your management company. Once the account has been cancelled, you'll be able to set up your KliknPay account without any issues.
