Sherah Spark is Chief Risk Officer at CheckAlt, where she oversees the company’s enterprise risk management program, including product and client risk, operational risk, fraud, security, compliance, AML/BSA, third-party oversight, audit readiness, and business continuity. She is responsible for building scalable governance frameworks that protect the business while supporting growth, client confidence, and regulatory trust.
Sherah brings deep experience in business transformation and technology strategy, with a focus on integrating risk management into product and operational decision-making. Prior to CheckAlt, she spent more than a decade at leading U.S. financial institutions, helping establish and mature risk programs and holding leadership roles at Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank.
She holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Risk Management from Boston University.
