Satish Thopte is Chief Technology Officer at CheckAlt, where he leads Technology, Product, Implementations, and Client Success. He is responsible for defining and executing the company’s product and technology strategy, modernizing platforms, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring secure, scalable delivery across CheckAlt’s solutions.
Satish brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience across payments, financial services, and technology-driven industries. He is known for building high-performing, globally distributed teams and for bringing structure, discipline, and execution rigor to complex environments. At CheckAlt, his focus includes advancing the company’s modernization and AI initiatives in a practical, execution-oriented way that supports scale and client outcomes. Prior to CheckAlt, he held senior leadership roles at organizations including Fiserv, General Electric, Procter & Gamble, Motorola, StoneRiver, and Hitachi.
Satish serves on the Board of Trustees for the Dallas–Fort Worth Maharashtra Mandal (DFWMM), supporting community service and leadership development initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and multiple certifications in technology and project management.
