Rachel Book is Chief Administrative Officer at CheckAlt, where she oversees people operations, organizational effectiveness, and administrative functions that support the company’s growth, scale, and execution. She also partners closely with leadership on select client-facing initiatives and operational priorities as CheckAlt continues to expand.
Rachel brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across human resources, talent strategy, and organizational design. Prior to joining CheckAlt, she held senior leadership roles at organizations including Stryker, Fidelity Investments, Bloomberg LP, and AT&T, where she led enterprise-wide talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and organizational initiatives. She is known for applying data, structure, and operational discipline to streamline processes, strengthen teams, and support business performance.
Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Thomas Edison State University.
