Thursday Update from CheckAlt

This week I have been sharing daily updates for clients regarding the status of our operations, what we are hearing from mail carriers, and ways CheckAlt can assist financial institutions and businesses through this trying time.
I am grateful that there has been no change in our ability to serve our clients, and each member of our team continues to support one another to ensure we can support you. Per the latest message CheckAlt received from USPS, there are no postal delays expected at this time.
Please know that our continued optimism and positivity is not clouding our awareness of the unprecedented situation we are in. We recognize that many financial institutions are relying on contactless deposit and payment tools for their customers, and some are closing branch offices. At the same time, some lenders are overwhelmed with a backlog of mortgage refinance applications. The businesses we serve directly and through financial institution relationship are also seeking instant funds availability to pay for restocking supplies and serving their communities in this time of need.
We at CheckAlt are confident in our ability to support these financial institutions and businesses with the tools they need to quickly and securely accept deposits and payments from customers and vendors so they can remain operational through this trying time. For example, our card and ACH APIs allow merchants to take their online payments in-house. These APIs work seamlessly in the background, giving merchants full control and authority over their user interface.
