I hope you all had a wonderful week. As you may know, on Tuesday I had the great honor of celebrating the union of my son Zvi to his wonderful bride Kayla. The event was a beautiful reminder of the power of human connection and the value of creating a memorable, pleasant experience. Life is about experience, and I will cherish the memories of that day for the rest of my life.
Each day I serve as the Co-Chairman and CEO of CheckAlt I am blessed to work with an incredible group of people who work with you directly and behind the scenes to ensure our the best customer experience possible. For example, I am proud to share kudos received this week about our dedicated employee Debbie Kerley. Debbie went above and beyond to assist with an amazing ATM deal with an existing credit union client. You can read about it on our LinkedIn page here.
Our Product and IT teams have stayed busy working on several product enhancements including the newly released CaptureNet Management 3.0, an upgraded version of our online hub for all capture channels from mobile to branch to ATM. We are actively working to migrate current CaptureNet Management users to the latest version, which features robust data and reporting tools, enhanced security, and improvements to key functions including account management, transaction monitoring, and audit logging. Please note that CheckAlt is processing payments on July 3 for those clients that are open for business that day. We remain fully operational in our hybrid work mode and continue to monitor public health challenges daily to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees.
