CheckAlt Update: February 5, 2021

With the announcement that Jeff Bezos will step down as CEO of Amazon later this year, I decided to spend time this week reading a letter he wrote to shareholders in 2014 that explained the importance of forming a life partnership with a business we believe in, and that it is our job to "nourish and fortify them” with key tools—all of which we utilize at CheckAlt: “customer obsession rather than competitor focus, heartfelt passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and a willingness to think long-term.”
I shared these nuggets of wisdom not only with CheckAlt’s executive management team, but also with every single one of our employees during this morning’s company call as reminder of our commitment to you, our clients, and to our vision for CheckAlt as we continue to grow. We are one family pushing each other every day to be the best.
This week we celebrated our new client Home Bank of California in this announcement, reflected on a recent article from Finextra about creating “a more seamless, frictionless customer experience,” and coordinated internally with our Product Department on two upcoming product enhancement releases—one for our online bill presentment and payment solution, KliknPay, and another for our real-time, web-based receivables management platform MembersHub. More exciting announcements to come.
Many of our employees and clients living in the northeast have endured severe winter weather this week. If you’re in that region, please be extra careful on the roads—or try to avoid driving anywhere and instead enjoy the Super Bowl from home.
