Rob joined CheckAlt as its Managing Director of Marketing & Relationship Management in February 2018. Prior to CheckAlt, Rob spent the previous 8 years with Mastercard with both the Global Brand Strategy Team and more recently with the Commercial Product Group. As a leader within the Commercial Product Group, Rob led a team responsible for helping Issuers develop vertical-specific strategies to expand the usage of Virtual and Purchasing Card in both Accounts Payables and Receivables environments and in turn helped solidify Mastercard’s postion as the leading network for B2B payments. Specific accomplishments included 4 filed product patents, the development of a Receivables Optimization program for Commercial Card and the development of the industry’s first Virtual Card Partnership with an alternative small business lender. Beyond Mastercard, Rob has held various positions as a Management Consultant working with Humana, AARP, IBM and the NFL.
Rob earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University. He and his wife have eight children and reside in the Greater New York City area.
