She has worked through multiple bank mergers and acquisitions in the roles of in-depth customer support, mapping, testing, conversion planning and execution, conceptualizing the design of automated systems, and consolidating multiple groups into strong working teams. She trains her teams to understand the ‘why’ behind a customer’s request, and to provide consistency and clarity to their resolution.
Ms. Huntley has a solid background in lockbox, item capture, multiple online banking portals, and electronic payments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Organizational Behavior from the University of Maine, Orono, ME, and resides in Matthews, NC, with her husband and daughter.
